LMFT, SUDC
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Paul Randak is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 26 years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment. He serves clients across Utah and Oregon, bringing warmth, depth, and genuine care to every therapeutic relationship.
Paul's approach is grounded in Jungian psychology and informed by a holistic perspective that honors the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of healing. He believes that real transformation happens when people feel truly safe — safe enough to be honest, to feel vulnerable, and to explore the parts of themselves that need attention.
He works with adults and adolescents and does not discriminate based on gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or gender identity. His practice welcomes everyone.
"I understand the importance of creating a safe and comfortable environment where people can explore the problems and issues that affect their emotional and mental well-being. It is normal to struggle — and it is okay to ask for help."
Paul views the counseling process as a journey and sees his role as walking alongside his clients — working together to set goals and facilitate meaningful change. He uses interventions and modalities that best meet each client's unique and evolving needs, adapting as the work deepens and grows.
When he's not in session, Paul is passionate about writing, nature, and exploring the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and human connection — themes he explores in his book, Just Another Bozo on the Bus.
